Is it Socially Acceptable to Let Your Kid Run Around in Nothing But a Diaper in Public? [POLL]

You see it all the time in Abilene where parents let their kiddos run around in nothing but a diaper.  Some of those kids look a little old to still be in diapers in the first place, but that's another story.  With this week's Question of the Week, we ask you, is it socially acceptable to let your kid run around in nothing but a diaper in public?

I mean, being at home or a home type environment is one thing.  But, what if it is at Walmart or even a restaurant? Is it socially acceptable to do so?  We want to hear what you think about this.
