Where is the Coolest Place on the Body to Get a Tattoo?

This week's Question of the Week was inspired by a guy that got a full back tattoo of a Garbage Pail Kid, which I thought was pretty cool considering I used to love those cards. Anyway, I'm not sure the back is the best place to get some ink because I bet it would hurt like hell. But, where is the coolest place on the body to get a tattoo?

I have a few tats myself on my arms, but I don't think it's as much a "cool" place to get some ink as it is just the norm. I know some people with tats on their backs, collar bone, neck, and even the head. Heck one of our buddies named Loyd got a tat of Frank Pain on his butt cheek. Of course, on women, you can't go wrong with the small of the back.

So, obviously, there is plenty of canvas out there, but where do you think is the coolest place on the body to get a tattoo?
