Town & Country Drive-In to Feature Metallica August 29th
Let's not beat around the bush, 2020 has totally sucked and one of the big reasons is the fact that there are no concerts in Abilene. Well, that will change on Saturday, August 29th when Metallica rocks the big screens of Town & Country Drive-In.
The concert will start at 9pm with Three Days Grace opening things up, then, the boys in black will rock your faces under the stars.
Tickets are $115 per car load, with a maximum of 6 people in the car. Granted, that sounds steep, but divided by 6 and each person is only out about $20. Best of all, you get to see Three Days Grace and, arguably, the biggest rock band on the planet - Metallica.
I say that's one hell of a deal.
To top it off, every ticket purchase will also include four digital downloads of the Metallica album "S&M2", featuring the reunion of the band with the San Francisco Symphony for the first time in 20 years.
Don't forget to bring your mask as you'll need one to enter the snack bar area of the Town & Country Drive-In.
More importantly, attending this concert is also a means of supporting drive-in theaters, like Town & Country, across America. There's nothing more fun than gathering at the drive-in while enjoying high quality entertainment under the stars.
