Wrapping Up Dry January In Texas With Non-Alcoholic Beers From Athletic Brewing Company

It's been another great experience participating in Dry January on The Weekend Buzz We'll wrap up the cause with our final two non-alcoholic beers for the month with Athletic Brewing Company.

Dry January

Over the past month, I have abstained from drinking any alcohol. I did this to give my liver a break, cash in on the health benefits, and raise awareness of the cause. I have found out that it's super easy for me to not drink and that it's not something I don't have control over in my life. For some, that is not the case.

I want people to know it's ok to be vulnerable and to understand that if drinking is controlling your life, perhaps it's time to take a deep look into yourself. You will never get any judgment from me, I promise.

One thing that helped me through Dry January was the tasty concoctions of non-alcoholic beers we've been fortunate enough to sample including Stella Artois, Corona, White Claw, and Michelob Ultra Zero. This week, we feature Athletic Brewing Company.

Athletic Brewing Company

Founded in 2017, Athletic Brewing Company operates out of Connecticut. The brewery offers a ton of different styles of beer, including non-alcoholic brews. This week, we'll crack open their Run Wild IPA as well as their Belgian-style white brew called Wit's Peak.

We'll crack these two brews open, let you know what's buzzin' in Abilene, and bring in the weekend the only way we know how...with beer.
