At the first of every year, we put the alcohol on the shelf to participate in Dry January to allow my liver to have a vacation. It truly is an amazing experience that I recommend to anyone trying to cut back or quit altogether.

This week, we'll crack open the refreshing new non-alcoholic beer, Michelob Ultra Zero. With half of the calories of other non-alcoholic beers, you get a great-tasting beer with no alcohol and easy on the waistline.
