Crosses ††† Guitarist Shaun Lopez Talks About New Self-titled Album, Having Déjà vu, Watching “True Detective” + More

The band Crosses †††, featuring Chino Moreno from the Deftones, recently played a show in Abilene. Before the show, I had an opportunity to talk to guitarist Shaun Lopez. We talked about their new self-titled album, having Deju vu, and one of his favorite shows on TV, "True Detective". 

When talking about the sound of the band, Shaun had this to say:

"It's like an electronic based rock band, but very ambient and cinematic"

When I asked Shaun what would we be surprised to know that he listens to personally, his reply was, well, surprising:

"I might bump a little One Direction here and there or Katy Perry, but I listen to all kinds of music"
