My Throwback Interview In Texas With Justin Furstenfeld Of Blue October

Texas rockers Blue October are set to rock the Lone Star State again with a show in Abilene on Wednesday, June 4th. Ahead of the show, I wanted to throw it back to last year in Abilene when Justin Furstenfeld and I sat down for a little chat.

The band was promoting their 11th studio album "Spinning The Truth Around" and were set to perform at the beautiful and historic Paramount Theater in Abilene. That show not only sold out but the liquid libations that were offered sold out as well. It was an incredible night!

In my interview with Justin, we talked about how the band planned on making their Abilene visit an annual event. We also discussed his sobriety, our ignorance when it comes to leap year, the double LP they had released, COVID-19, getting older, and so much more.
