Asking Alexandria have never been a band to shy away from the excesses that the rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle has afforded them and now they are preparing to share it all on film.

In their new short film dubbed ‘Through Sin and Self-Destruction,’ the band gives fans what they’re describing as “a controversial, uncensored look into the real lives of a new era of rockstars for today’s generation as they take over the Sunset Strip.”

The film, a collaboration between the band, writer Ash Avildsen and director Frankie Nasso is a trilogy of videos for three of Asking Alexandria’s songs – ‘Reckless & Relentless,’ ‘To The Stage,’ and ‘Dear Insanity.’

In the short trailer below the band opens with “In the heart of sin, it’s still just sex, some drugs, and rock and roll…until the music stops,” intertwined with shots of the band doing what they do out in L.A. The clip comes with an ‘R’ rating so be forewarned – it might not be for the faint of heart.

There are also a few guest appearances on the short film including their friend Sebastian Bach, in addition to adult film stars Belladonna and Andy San Dimas.

The full length film is due out on May 14 exclusively through iTunes.
