ZZ Top Return to Abilene on Their 50th Anniversary Tour
The last time the legendary ZZ Top stopped off in Abilene was back in 2014 in front a sold-out audience at the Taylor County Coliseum. Well, that little old band from Texas is coming back to Abilene and we expect another sold-out show at the same venue, brought to you by the same promoter, Din Productions.
The cherry on top is that this stop is part of their 50th-anniversary tour.
ZZ Top will be performing at the Taylor County Coliseum on Tuesday, December 7th. Now, before you go whining that "it's a weekday", just know that you won't be forced to attend the show and we're lucky to have the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers in town on any evening, weekend, or weeknight.
Doors will open at 6:30 pm with the show kicking off at 8 pm.
Ticket prices range from $42.50 to $72.50, depending on seating, of course. On sale date is Friday, July 23rd at 10 am.
You can purchase them on the Expo Center website or by calling the box office at 325-677-4376.
Also, we'll be giving tickets away on Rock 108 and KOOL FM, so make sure you download the station apps to ensure your shot to win these awesome tickets. Also, make sure you turn on all app alerts so you don't miss the notifications we'll send out for your chance to win tickets.
At this time, we don't know who the opening band is, but we'll keep you posted as soon as we get the information from the tour.
