Here's my equality matters my friends. One baby, two moms and now a family torn apart by a judge.

The two ladies in question were legally married a year ago. They passed every test a foster parent is subjected to. They are even raising two kids from one of the moms previous marriages. The mother of the baby wants the couple to have the child. There is absolutely, positively nothing in their backgrounds or present that should keep them from raising a child, except they are gay. Utah Judge Scott Johansen ordered the one year old removed and sent to a more "traditional" home.  The moms believe that the judge may have made this decision based on his own religious beliefs.

There's no proof that children with gay parents do any better or worse than any other kids. You know what kids tend to not do well? Kids that bounce around the foster system or don't have a parent or parents. This is complete nonsense on the part of this judge and this decision will be overturned. I only hope that the judge is censured or disrobed for this uncalled for intrusion into a happy family. I've heard a lot of talk about "judicial activism" these days and it's usually just the judges interpreting a law. Actually issuing a court order to have a baby taken from it's home is taking things way too far. This baby girl deserves to be with the two parents that have loved her and raised her so far.
