The Weekend Buzz is back again for another round of shameless taste testing. This time around, we pay homage to National Margarita Day with Lone River Beverage Company's tasty Ranch Rita.

In case you're not familiar with the show, we feature some brews from breweries all over the nation each Friday. Basically, we try a bunch of beers, tell you about the beers, and then you choose whether or not you want to go out and try these brews for yourself.

Last week, we featured a couple of IPAs from New Belgium Brewing Company's Voodoo Ranger. We tried the Fruit Force and the Juice Force. Both were tasty and as hoppy as you'd expect, but the Juice Force had that fruit punch taste that smacked us with a little nostalgia. It tasted just like the fruit punch I had as a kid....minus the alcohol of course.

This week, we're rolling down the craft beer river with Lone River Beverage Company's Ranch Rita as we pay homage to National Margarita Day. The actual day is Wednesday, February 22nd but we'll celebrate the day this Friday.

Lone River Beverage Company's Ranch Rita

The Ranch Rita is a margarita-style beverage made with agave nectar and a taste of lime. Lone River now has a variety pack that features their Classic Rita along with Spicy, Blood Orange, and Mango. The Ranch Rita comes in at 5.8% ABV.
