Annual Autumn at the Arboretum Unleashes 150,000 Pumpkins in a Festive Texas Wonderland

If you're all about pumpkins in Texas, you should check out the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden when they ramp up for the 19th annual Autumn at the Arboretum featuring an an eye-popping 150,000 pumpkins.

I know that's a lot of pumpkins! Can you imagine baking pies with that many pumpkins? Oh, I want some pumpkin pie with some whipped cream on top and a cold glass of milk.

The garden features pumpkins, gourds, and squash sourced from Floydada, the pumpkin capital of Texas, and transforms the already amazing landscapes into a festive wonderland, where the whole family can take a gander and perhaps dream of fresh pumpkin pies. I know, I have to stop.

Autumn at the Arboretum offers a variety of family-friendly activities as well including hayrides, a petting zoo, and live music. Each weekend is packed with entertainment and themed events like their "Texas Town" tour which takes visitors on a journey through Texas pioneer life.
