Carlos Mencia is back with a new special called New Territory.  You can catch it playing like crazy right now on Comedy Central. Carlos spent a few minutes with Wes of the RockShow and we have it for you after the jump.

We enjoy Carlos Mencia’s perspective on life and living in America.  I’ve visited with Carlos many times over the years and he’s as sharp as ever.  He’s taken a few years off to completely re-write his act and lost 80 (that’s right eighty) pounds.  Here’s a few minutes with Carlos Mencia.
