Forget about the dawn's early light, this Fourth of July is all about the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air and maybe even a couple of spiders. Those are the ones that, well, look kind of like a spider, anyway.

In honor of the Fourth, here are 10 great fireworks displays throughout the country. If your city didn't make it, don't worry, we're sure it's just as good.

  • New York, New York

    America's most famous fireworks display is in America's most famous city. Macy's 4th of July Fireworks returns to New York's West Side for the 35th year with 25 minute show that features more than 40,000 fireworks.

  • Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

    There are few better places to watch a Fourth of July fireworks display than the city where our Founding Fathers ratified The Declaration of Independence. Philly’s 'Fourth of July Jam and Grand Finale Fireworks' features an epic fireworks display and music from Philly's own ?uestlove.

  • Boston, Massachusetts

    When it comes to Pops, it's the Boston Pops or bust. And what better place to see them than along Boston's Charles River as one of the biggest Fourth of July spectaculars on the planet explodes overhead.
