We've been getting some great looks at the new 'Lone Ranger' film starring Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer, but here's the first official 'Lone Ranger' poster to sufficiently keep you wanting more until the film's release... sometime next year.

The big budget update of ‘The Lone Ranger’ won’t hit theaters until the summer of 2013. But the first official images of the film were just released on producer Jerry Bruckheimer’s Twitter account, offering a peek at Johnny Depp as one of the most iconic sidekicks in pop culture history.

Johnny Depp stars as Barnabus Collins in the movie “Dark Shadows.” The movie is based on a long running horror soap opera of the same name. That’s not what I noticed about this picture. The first thing I noticed is that it would be VERY painful to get a prostate exam from Depp. The next thing I noticed is his similarity to another VERY famous vampire.

Being the leader of the free world has lots of perks — and apparently one of them is that Johnny Depp comes to your Halloween parties.
