Last week, we sampled a Texas twist on a German classic with Ziegenbock from Karbach Brewing Company. Using a blend of U.S. and imported hops, this lager has a full, smooth flavor and is super easy to drink. You can taste the sweetness of the malt but get a slightly bitter taste that balances perfectly.

This week, we keep things in Texas with Silver Star Spirits. We have had the privilege of sampling their whiskeys before but this week, we'll crack open a brand-new flavor with Ranch Style Coffee Whiskey.
