Aerosmith Announce Album Title, Track Listing + Release Date for New Album

It’s been a long time coming, with a few hiccups along the way, but Aerosmith are finally giving fans a reason to celebrate.

Their new disc, titled ‘Music From Another Dimension’ is due out on Aug. 28 and the Boston rockers debuted the first single ‘Legendary Child’ on live television last night on the season finale of ‘American Idol.’ ‘Legendary Child’ is now available for purchase on iTunes and fans can pre-order the full release, as well.

While the album isn’t out until late summer, the band will be kicking off ‘The Global Warming Tour’ in mid-June so fans potentially have the chance to hear some of the new songs live first, before the official recording even hits the shelves.

The tour kicks off on June 16 in Minneapolis, Minn. and wraps up on Aug. 8 in Tacoma, Wash. with two stops in their hometown of Boston. Peep all the dates here.
