White Chocolate’s Completely Wrong Peanut Butter Pie

I read somewhere that every man needs to have a few “specialty” dishes to impress women. I offer you a dessert that will have a woman in love with you in seconds.

I personally think offering a woman a “rich dessert” is appropriate.  I can also say that this dessert is an absolute hit with everyone who tries it.  Anyways, give it a try in any of the variations you prefer and I think you’ll love it.

Grab yourself a graham cracker crust (or two, sometimes there’s a bunch of filling left over)

Melt two squares of bakers chocolate in a bowl (that’s as hard as it gets, I promise)

Mix in one can of sweetened condensed milk

Mix in eight ounces of cool whip

Mix in a cup of peanut butter (you can use crunchy if you want)

You could just pour the stuff in from here and throw it into the freezer..but here’s where I “customize”.

I like to layer the bottom of the pan with Reese’s peanut butter chips, then pour the mixture in.

I ALWAYS top the pie with a chocolate and caramel swirl.

So there you go.  I’m not much on decorating, but it tastes good and is completely rockin’.
