This week's Question of the Week was inspired by a guy that got a full back tattoo of a Garbage Pail Kid, which I thought was pretty cool considering I used to love those cards.  Anyway, I'm not sure the back is the best place to get some ink because I bet it would hurt like hell.  But, where is the coolest place on the body to get a tattoo?
