Enough of the Presidential banter, let's get down to the important stuff. Legalization of the recreational use of marijuana. The reality of the federal legalization of the recreational use of marijuana got closer as both Colorado and Washington voters approved legalizing the green for fun times. The obvious next question is, who's next?

According to a new Gallup poll, 50 percent of American adults favor legalizing marijuana, the highest percentage in Gallup’s 42-year history of asking that question. Forty-six percent of Americans believe marijuana should remain illegal.

Pot has a history of colorful nicknames from Panama Red to Sticky-Icky and many others (I’m giving you time to think of your favorites). When you’re done slamming those Doritos, keep reading.

Do you know the way to San Jose? No seriously, do you, because there is free weed on the street but it’s not going to last very long. The Mercury News explains that a truck, illegally carrying marijuana, crashed and ended up on its side sending large bags of pot throughout the intersection. The driver hightailed it out of sight and that’s when the real fun started.

Now this is what we call a FOOD DRIVE! A medical pot dispensary in California offered a free joint to patients for every four cans of food they donated (with a limit of three joints per day). Needless to say, the drive was very successful.
