And now the man known as “America’s Favorite Husband” is bringing his Family Man Tour to the historic Paramount Theatre in Abilene, Texas, on March 22, 2026.

Steve Treviño’s Comedy Is Basically Married Life Therapy

Treviño has built a massive following by doing something simple: telling the truth about relationships. He jokes that he can “speak wife fluently,” never calls the guys for help with home projects, and definitely knows better than to make decisions without checking with his wife first.

And clearly, people relate.

His stand-up clips have racked up over 300 million views online, while his social media audience tops 3.5 million followers. Chances are you’ve seen one of his viral bits like “When Your Wife Comes Home From Shopping” or “When You Ask Your Wife If She Wants McDonald’s.”

From Showtime to Netflix and Beyond

Treviño’s comedy career has stacked up some serious milestones. His first major special, Grandpa Joe’s Son, premiered on Showtime in 2012 and landed in the Nielsen Top 20. He followed that with the Netflix hit Relatable in 2014, then ’Til Death on Amazon Prime in 2018.

In 2024, he dropped his first Netflix Original, Simple Man, filmed in San Antonio and directed by his wife, Renae. The special cracked the Netflix Top 10 its first week and has since racked up over 100 million minutes watched.
