We were very impressed with Seven Day Sonnet.  They’re not just great musicians but also really great guys.  More after the jump.

They’ve toured the east coast like crazy with everybody from Disturbed to Saving Abel.  They were schooled and pranked by Sevendust and they manned up and killed it at the Chinese Buffet with us.  Here’s some exclusive audio and songs from their visit to the RockShow.
