Adopt, Foster, Share In Texas: The Dogs on Abilene’s Urgent List Can’t Wait
The urgent list from All Kind Animal Initiative in Abilene, Texas, is out, and thankfully, it’s shorter than what we’ve been seeing in recent weeks. That’s a win in itself, but the truth is that even one dog on this list is fighting for their life. Every name carries the same weight, and every one of these pups deserves a chance.
A Win Worth Celebrating
Before we get into the tough stuff, let’s celebrate some good news. At a recent adoption event in Fort Worth, Texas, All Kind helped get over 30 dogs adopted. That’s 30 families who just got a little fuller, and 30 dogs who will never again wonder if anyone wants them. Those happy endings only happen because people like you step up, by adopting, fostering, sharing, or simply spreading the word.

Meet This Week’s Urgent Dogs
This week’s list may be smaller, but the need is just as urgent. Time is short for these Texas pups, and their chance at life depends on someone stepping in. Maybe it’s you. Maybe it’s a friend. Maybe it’s that cousin who keeps talking about getting a dog “someday.” Well, someday is now.

How You Can Help
Adoption isn’t the only way to make a difference. Fostering buys a dog the time they desperately need. Sharing their photos online helps them find homes faster. Even talking about these dogs could connect them with the right person.
