I grew up in a time when it was very rare to see a metal band showcase their talents on network television. It's a little less rare now, but I still think it's cool as hell when one of my favorite bands gets a chance to rock for a mainstream audience. That happy feeling rushed over me when I saw Red Fang was the musical guest on The Late Show with David Letterman.

The Portland, Oregon-based rockers just released their third album, 'Whales and Leeches', and paid Letterman a visit to perform 'Blood Like Cream' from the new CD. In case you missed it, check out frontman Bryan Giles and Red Fang making their network TV debut here:
