First up, Space Buns,  a sour beer that takes your taste buds on a wild orbit through pear, pineapple, and orange. It’s tart, tropical, and just the right kind of weird. Martin House Brewing somehow managed to make a beer that tastes like summer vacation collided with a Saturday morning cartoon.

Chinese Food Mind Games: The Fortune Cookie Lied

Next up, Chinese Food Mind Games — this week’s microseasonal monster from Martin House Brewing. It’s a 12% Triple Hazy IPA brewed with El Dorado, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops. Translation? It’s big, it’s boozy, and it hits harder than your buddy’s bad karaoke.

Rise of the Honey Badgers: Sweet, Savage, and Texan

Finally, Rise of the Honey Badgers. Smooth and honeyed at first, then bam!—the sting hits. It’s got bite but finishes soft, keeping you coming back for more. Like its namesake, this one doesn’t care what you think. It’s bold. It’s fearless. It’s Texas.
