Los Angeles Dodgers Star, Matt Kemp, Gives Young Disabled Fan His Jersey, Cap, & Shoes and Signs His Baseball

Following a recent game between the Dodgers and Giants, Los Angeles star Matt Kemp came up to a young disabled fan in the stands to say hello. What happened after that will make you a fan of Kemp and renew your faith in the human spirit.

According to the comments on the video, posted by the young man's father, the disabled kid is "fighting a tough battle". First off, our thoughts and prayers go out to him. Second, I was almost brought to tears by the overwhelming generosity of Matt Kemp. Just goes to show that these big-time celebs and athletes are people too...with hearts the size of Texas.

For the record, I am a diehard Yankees fan...but I am now also a diehard Matt Kemp fan.
