Throwing These Items Away in Texas Could Get You Fined
(KNUE-FM) In Texas we need to get better at throwing items away, as we still see too many people throwing items out of their vehicles. It’s horrible that people still do this as we all know, ‘Don’t Mess With Texas.’
There are certain rules we all must follow, and that includes knowing what items you’re allowed to throw away and what is not allowed in your normal trash container.
We all know that law enforcement is not hauling us to jail for a trash mistake, but our garbage pickup company could fine us if we continue to make the same mistake, which will make the job of their employees more difficult.
While I have never worked for a garbage company myself, I have a couple buddies that I play fantasy sports with that work for a trash company, and they are some hard-working people.
While most of us don’t put much thought into the items that we throw away, we should try to make their job a little easier just by paying attention to the few items that are not allowed to be thrown into a normal garbage can in Texas.
