Beyond Trafficking’s 5th Annual Heroes Gala Returns to West Texas

West Texans get ready for Beyond Trafficking's 5th Annual Heroes Gala. This is a benefit fundraiser and fun event to help those affected, Beyond Trafficking's 5th Annual Gala is scheduled for Saturday, March 1st, 2025. This event is intended to educate our communities better, raise awareness, and raise the necessary funds to continue assisting those affected by human trafficking.

The Reality of Human Trafficking in West Texas

The first time I met the founder and Executive Director of Beyond Trafficking Stephanie Rocha and her incredible staff I learned exactly "what human trafficking is" and how much of it goes on right here under our noses in West Texas. It has been said that I-20 is the super highway for a lot of the trafficking being done here in the United States. Furthermore, I've been informed of this from the Beyond Human trafficking staff and the West Texas law enforcement officers I've interviewed on the radio.

This year's event hopes to raise funds and awareness of this problem in the Big Country. It is super important that these fundraising events are successful because the funds are needed to help those who have been affected by human trafficking. The survivors of human trafficking are the main beneficiaries of West Texas Beyond Trafficking's events.
