The annual Jim Ned VFD 4th of July Car Show returns July 4th in Tuscola, bringing together classic cars, trucks, motorcycles, great food, family fun, and of course, a fireworks show that lights up the West Texas sky.

Vehicle registration runs from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., and the first 100 participants will score an event T-shirt. The show also features custom trophies that are honestly some of the coolest I've seen. These aren't your typical plastic trophies collecting dust on a shelf. They're handcrafted works of art built from automotive parts and metal fabrication.

More Than Just a Car Show

One thing I love about this event is that it supports a great cause. The Jim Ned Volunteer Fire Department serves the community year-round, and events like this help raise funds for equipment, training, and operations.
