So, it's getting close to the last day of school, you're a senior,  and you decide to pull a little prank by leaving a blow-up doll in the bathroom.  Not the coolest prank ever, but definitely not one that I would consider a felony.

Meet 18-year-old Rushville High school Senior Tyell Morton, who is jailed and facing serious criminal charges after he left a blow-up doll in the girl's bathroom.  Surveillance video, apparently, captured the young prankster dressed in a hooded sweatshirt and wearing latex gloves as he concealed the happy package in the restroom.  The school saw the video, thought it might be a bomb, called the police and now the dude is in jail facing 8 years in prison.

Pretty stiff penalty for just throwing a blow-up doll in the girls restroom.  I understand where the school is coming from as far as the safety of all the kids.  However, it turned out to be a harmless prank that did no harm other than the school spending a bunch of cash on the bomb squad worked the case.

I just want to know what they did with the blow-up doll after it was all said and done.  I wonder if the cops are treating it like a hostile witness?  Maybe the doll should face some hard time as well?

In any case, here is the video to the story provided by WTHR.
