Houston Texans superstar defensive end J.J. Watt has put his home on the market and it's cheaper than you'd expect.

Watt bought this Pearland home back when he was drafted by the Texans in 2011. Since then, he has signed a $100 million dollar contract, so he's probably looking to upgrade to something befitting the money he's now hauling in.

The house is just over 4100 square feet and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a beautiful outdoor area that boasts a saltwater pool, patio, and outdoor kitchen.

It's a two-story home that also has a formal dining area, study/library, and a game room.

If this house interests you, then all you need is $465,000 to call it all yours. Honestly, that's not bad for this size of house, the location, and the fact that a future NFL Hall of Famer used to live in it.

Check out the awesome pictures of the house in the gallery above.
