Chris Evans, the dude that plays Captain America in the upcoming movie, makes an incredible transformation from being a small wimpy dude, to a buff Captain America.

Captain America will hit theaters on July 22. Evans will also star as the red, white and blue Captain America in "The Avengers," which will be released in 2012.
