Like they say in show business, "that's a wrap"; the final Late Show with David Letterman is in the books.

Last night's finale featured a behind the scenes look at the show as well as Dave thanking his entire staff. He also gave a heartfelt thanks to his wife and son, who were both in the audience.

We were also treated to the the final top 10 list, which was presented by Bill Murray, Tina Fey, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jim Carrey, Alec Baldwin, Steve Martin, Peyton Manning, and Barbara Walters.

Dave's final words as host of the Late Show were "Thank you, and goodnight" as the Foo Fighters began to play. Decked out in tuxedos, Dave Grohl led the Foos in a flawless performance of "Everlong" while accompanied by iconic moments from Letterman's 33 year late-night career.

As many know, the Foo Fighters are David Letterman's favorite band.
