Last week Michael was out because he was at Austin City Limits Music Festival. So, this week, we decided we'd talk about our favorite concerts.

I'm not sure if we've ever really talked music like this before. We've all got super diverse tastes in music, so it came as no surprise that some of our favorite shows weren't just new rock bands.

A few years ago, rock and roll’s present and past met up in the studio for a few jam sessions. Jack White and Rolling Stones legend Keith Richards recorded material in 2009, but it has yet to be officially released. The legendary guitarist has gone on the record to say White would have his blessing to put out the recordings.

Last night’s (May 19) season finale of ‘Saturday Night Live’ lived up to the hype – at least for music fans. The legendary Mick Jagger returned to the show to host in addition to performing a bevy of all-star music performances including songs with Foo Fighters, Arcade Fire and guitar great Jeff Beck.

Rock and roll legends the Rolling Stones are reliving the glory days of their seminal 1978 album, ‘Some Girls,’ by releasing a concert film recorded that same year in Ft. Worth, TX.

‘Some Girls Live in Texas’ will debut in theaters on October 18 before coming to Blu-ray and DVD on November 21.

Mick Jagger Thinks Rolling Stones Fans Will 'Relate' to His New Band, SuperHeavy

Mick Jagger says there is a wide mix of music on the upcoming debut by SuperHeavy, his new supergroup with singer/guitarist Dave Stewart of Eurythmics fame, plus singers Joss Stone and Damian Marley and composer AR Rahman.

“It’s very approachable,” Jagger says. “If you’re a Rolling Stones fan, there’s definitely stuff you can relate to.”

The reggae-flavored ‘Miracle Worker’ is the first single, and it is among the 12 regular songs on the album, which will also include four bonus tracks.
