mystery rocker

So, this dude goes to a David Lee Roth concert,  takes a bunch of pictures, then drops his camera.  Another guy picks the camera up and keeps it.  A few years later, he has those pictures developed and suddenly wants to find the mystery rocker.  Huh? Read on for more, plus the video.
