Our favorite politically informed and opinionated singer these days is Lamb of God‘s Randy Blythe. He recently spouted off about the state of digital music. Now, on his Randonesia Tumblr blog, the singer posted a manifesto offering to run for the highest elected office in our nation, which is that of President of the United States.
If there ever was a time when 140 character nature of tweets were a hindrance, it’s now. Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe used his Twitter feed to speak his mind quite vociferously and at great length about SOPA, which is the Stop Online Piracy Act. He made a lot of valid points and we give him credit for not getting frustrated at Twitter character limits to keep going! Because like a mad ‘n’ metallic Energizer bunny, that’s just what he did!
Normally, you want to savor the holidays and enjoy some time off with family and friends, right? Well, Lamb of God just released the second teaser clip from their forthcoming platter ‘Resolution,’ which drops on Jan. 24, and it makes us want the holidays to fly by so we can get our hands on the whole thing so we can headbang until we burst blood vessels in our necks!
