There seems to be no shortage of 'Star Wars' themed stories out there recently - especially since George Lucas recently sold Lucasfilm to Disney. Well, Spike TV's 'Ink Master' has gotten in on the fun with their latest episode.

If you have not watched 'Ink Master', you're missing out on one heck of a show.  Just to catch you up, the show features Jane’s Addiction guitarist, Dave Navarro, former Miami Ink star and tattoo artist, Chris Nunez, and tattoo artist Oliver Peck.  The three judge other tattoo artists, who are contestants on the show going for a $100,000 grand prize and the title of ‘ink master’.

The latest episode was centered around a 'Star Wars' theme.  The contestants first had to paint on a storm trooper helmet and were judged on contrast in the flash challenge.  Whoever wins the flash challenges, gets to pick the human canvas for each contestant for the elimination tattoo.

Some painted some killer storm trooper helmets, while others didn't do so well.  You can actually bid on these helmets and proceeds go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Check out the video of the storm troopers flash challenge.

'Ink Master' Star Wars Themed Flash Challenge

After the flash challenge, the contestants go on to the elimination tattoo, which were also supposed to be 'Star Wars' themed. Once again, some threw down some killer ink, while others didn't do so well. You can check out photos of the tats here.

Who do you think does the best ink on this season's show?
