Scott Weiland is involved in another lawsuit, but this time it's him doing the suing and it's not necessarily related to his musical career. Rather, Weiland is taking action against design house founder Christopher Wicks over his English Laundry clothing line.

According to Canada's Jam / QMI Agency, Weiland is upset over his fashion line's execution. He explained, "I'm in the middle of a lawsuit. He owes me $150,000 and doesn't feel like he should pay me. They made great clothing, stuff exactly as I had envisioned … but commercially it didn't work as well. They didn't have the distribution."

The rocker added, "I'm looking actually to get paid and then start it again with a better house." Weiland started the partnership with Wicks in January 2009.

In the interview, the singer revealed that his style comes from his rock 'n' roll icons. He cited everything from the early Beatles look to the Rolling Stones circa 1969-1972, but added, "Bowie is my ultimate style icon."

While his fashion line remains in a state of flux, his music career most certainly is not. Weiland has been touring with his band The Wildabouts and the group will release their new album, Blaster, this coming Tuesday (March 31). In addition, all past legal issues with his former band Stone Temple Pilots have been ironed out as well.
