Ever wonder what it would be like to hang out with Rob Zombie for a day? If you've got the cash to donate for a good cause you could find out as Zombie is offering a fan experience to raise funds for the Superstorm Sandy relief efforts.

The package includes the opportunity to join Zombie for a day at the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival this summer (with two tickets included). The winning entrant will also receive a fan bag full of memorabilia, including a signed limited edition poster from his upcoming film, 'The Lords of Salem,' a DVD collection, CDs, t-shirts, and other rare items.

The prize package is estimated at $2,500, but bids have already reached $7,000 with the auction set to end on April 9. All proceeds from the CharityBuzz.com auction will go to the WWE Superstars for Sandy Relief effort, with Zombie's package specifically set to aid The Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City and the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund. In other Rob Zombie news, the rocker-turned-director told ComingSoon.net that his 'Broad Street Bullies' hockey-themed film is coming along. "That [script] is finished," explained Zombie. "I just finished it. That was an epic battle because that was the first time I had to really research something. There's no fiction in it, it's all true." The film centers of the 1970s-era Philadelphia Flyers hockey team, a very physical group who eventually climbed from mediocrity to winners with their rough style of play.

Zombie says a studio has not been chosen yet to produce the film, but they've had many offers and expect to make a deal soon. In the interim, Zombie's latest movie, 'The Lords of Salem,' arrives April 19.
