Pearl Jam and Soundgarden will perform at the 28th annual Bridge School Benefit, which takes place Oct. 25 and 26 at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, Calif. The two Seattle bands join an eclectic line up including the music festival's founder, Neil Young, as well as Florence and the Machine, Band of Horses and Tom Jones.

The show will mark the Bridge benefit debut for Soundgarden and the return of Pearl Jam, who haven’t performed at the event since 2006. Over the years, the renowned event has seen the likes of Metallica, Foo Fighters, Trent Reznor, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, Tenacious D and many more going acoustic onstage.

All money raised from the event goes to the Bridge School, which focuses on the education of children with severe speech and physical impairments.

Tickets for the 28th annual Bridge School Benefit will go on sale at 10 AM PT on Friday, Sept. 19 here.
