The founder of Precursor Games and former director of Silicon Knights, Kenneth McCulloch, was sentenced to jail for child pornography and is being hit with additional chargers.

Polygon reports that Kenneth McCulloch has pleaded guilty and has been sentenced this week for his arrest 13 months ago on child pornography charges. Judge Joseph Nadel, of the Ontario Court of Justice, sentenced McCulloch to an additional full year of jail time along with a multitude of fees after McCulloch plead guilty. During his first year of incarceration, McCulloch was additionally charged by the Niagara Regional Police for sexual sexual assault, forcible confinement and sexual interference. He will be returning to court in September for these new charges, which will likely add on to his jail sentencing. As a part of his sentencing, McCulloch will be on the sex offender registry list for the next 20 years and he’s banned from having contact with anyone under 16 years of age.

McCulloch had “videos and images of young pre-pubescent boys engaged in sexual activity with adult women” on his computer,” according to the police report. Prior to his arrest, he had put 20 years of service at Silicon Knights, known for developing Too Human and Eternal Darkness.

“Having just learned of these disturbing charges today and based on the serious nature of them, Ken McCulloch is no longer affiliated in any way with Precursor Games,” Precursor Game’s CEO, Paul Caporicci, said.
