Every weekday around 5:30, I give you the Drink of the Day, good for 2500 points that spend just like money in the Rockoholic VIP club, plus I give you a little knowledge about mixing drinks. Here are your drinks from June 4th thru June 8th.

1 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish cream
1 1/2 oz Bacardi Coco rum
1 oz dark creme de cacao
1 splash green creme de menthe
1/2 oz whipped cream
1 pinch cayenne peppers

Pour liquors on the rocks in an old-fashioned glass. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cayenne pepper, and serve.


1 1/2 oz white rum
1/4 oz triple sec
1/4 oz pineapple juice
1 tbsp lime juice

Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.


1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
1/2 oz Captain Morgan Original spiced rum
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
sweet and sour mix
7-Up soda

Add all ingredients (except 7-up) to a highball glass with ice. Shake, top with 7-up, and serve.


1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz sweet and sour mix
2 oz orange juice
1 splash grenadine syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain over plenty of ice in a highball glass, garnish with an orange slice, and serve.


1 oz light rum
1 cherry
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz cream of coconut
1 slice pineapple

Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.
