Dream Theater Premiere Crushing New Song ‘The Enemy Inside’

Dream Theater are back in a big way with their latest single 'The Enemy Inside' which you can now listen to.

The song is the first single off of their self titled album and shows the harder side of the band. In fact, this song crushes with edgy guitar riffs backed up by the pounding drums of Mike Mangini. Then it's topped off with a wicked guitar solo by John Petrucci.

To me, this song returns to the progressive hard rock sounds that all Dream Theater fans have come to know and love. In fact, I think it's the best song the band has put out in a long time. Plus, being the first album with drummer Mike Mangini, who replaced one of the best drummers in the business, Mike Portnoy, the band doesn't miss a beat.
