Helping to put the "rock" in the Rock Band 4 video game, Disturbed, System of a Down and Halestorm are among the new acts contributing songs to the gameplay.

Disturbed's "Prayer," System of a Down's "Spiders" and Halestorm's "I Miss the Misery" will be among the songs that gamers will be able to test their skill level at when the game arrives on Oct. 6.

Other newly announced tracks include Heaven's Basement's "I Am Electric," The Black Keys' "Fever," Rush's "A Passage to Bangkok," Scorpions' "No One Like You," 4 Non Blondes' "What's Up?," Soul Remnants' "Dead Black (Heart of Ice)," Fall Out Boy's "Centuries," Lightning Bolt's "Dream Genie," Heart's "Kick It Out," Duck & Cover's "Knock Em Down," Eddie Japan's "Albert," Rick Derringer's "Rock and Roll Hoochie Koo," Slydigs' "Light the Fuse" and White Denim's "At Night in Dreams."

The newly announced tracks join a wealth of hard rocking cuts that have already been revealed. Avenged Sevenfold ("Hail to the King"), Queens of the Stone Age ("My God Is the Sun"), Foo Fighters ("The Feast and the Famine"), Ozzy Osbourne ("Miracle Man"), Judas Priest ("Halls of Valhalla"), Dream Theater ("Metropolis -- Part 1 / The Miracle and the Sleeper"), Live ("All Over You") and Aerosmith ("Toys in the Attic") were among the first acts announced for the game.
