If your phone is not working correctly, you are not the only one. According to Downdetector, more than 44,000 AT&T customers reported that their service has been interrupted and they cannot text, make calls, or access the internet. Several have also reported that their phones have been automatically put into SOS mode.

In San Francisco, officials say that AT&T customers are having difficulties reaching the emergency 911 line and are being urged to use landline phones.

It is unclear as to why the outages are ongoing as AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile have not commented on the outage as of this writing.

We'll continue to update this story as we get more information.
