Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker set the Twitterverse ablaze yesterday with social media posts that had Blink-182 fans wondering if some sort of reunion might be afoot. But TMZ reports that sources close the band have informed them that the guys were just engaged in some good-natured trolling of each other online, dropping lines from their hit song, "I Miss You."

DeLonge and Barker have kept up communication in recent years and have even worked together on an interview for a project that Barker had put together earlier this year. So while the musicians remain friendly, all reunion speculation can be put aside for the time being.

However, Barker will soon be returning to his spot behind the drum kit with Blink. The musician teased on social media, "I’ll be back at Palms Casino Resort in Vegas with blink-182 this month. What songs don’t you wanna hear?"

Barker has been out of action for the band for a good portion of the year after having a health scare with blood clots. The group had a residency at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas planned, but the medical issues had put that on hold. However, Barker has now been cleared to return and is expected to perform with Blink on Oct. 26 and 27.
