We've all received a text message while driving around Texas. When behind the wheel, it's best to leave it be. What about when you're stopped at a red light?

For the fourth time, State Rep. Tom Craddick of Midland will attempt to ban texting while driving.

Here's a story that was definitely a pain in the rear end for one woman when she was impaled in the buttocks after she crashed her car from texting and driving. We can't make this stuff up.

It's bad enough that many people who talk on their phones while driving tend to not pay full attention to the road.  Add texting to that, and you have a very dangerous situation on the roads.  The mayor of Abilene, Norm Archibald, has proclaimed today (September 19th) as 'Texting and Driving: It Can Wait' Day.
