Texas Celebrity Invasion: Gordon Ramsay Mania Has Now Hit Georgetown
Georgetown, Texas has its fair share of celebrities that keep a home nearby like Major League Baseball Hall of Fame member Nolan Ryan, so to look up from your morning coffee and see someone famous staring back is not a completely unknown experience. However, this time around that celebrity might be giving you side eye for drinking coffee instead of tea because one of the most famous chefs on the planet, Gordon Ramsay, has recently been filming in the beautiful downtown area of G-Town.

Ramsay might be one of the hardest working people on the planet, not only does he own 32 restaurants in the United States, he owns a total of 88 world wide, and that of course is in addition to his many different TV shows and social engagements.
I have never met Gordon Ramsay in person to know if he is quite as prickly in person as he appears on his TV shows, but as a father of three, I truly believe he works so hard because He and his wife have six children.

I have been fortunate enough to dine in one of his restaurants once in Los Angeles while attending the wedding of two Texas friends. It was held at the The London, and the restaurant was closed to the public, so that it could serve the reception there.

It is believed Ramsay, according to this KXAN article, was in Georgetown to film for an upcoming episode of Kitchen Nightmares, but since Texas does not currently have a Gordon Ramsay restaurant among the 32 he owns stateside, I would like to believe he was scouting out a location for his next venture.
