Looks like some kids in Wichita Falls thought it was a good idea to steal tips from a tip jar in town. So the restaurant has an interesting idea to get back at them.

Last week it was Christmas and you would think people would be in a giving mood. Sadly we have a Grinch in Wichita Falls who's heart has not grown yet and decided to steal from a local restaurant. Stone Oven Pizza in downtown Wichita Falls makes some of the best pies in town. Sadly the tip jar on the front counter had someone take a five finger discount from it recently. One of the moronic thieves, they left something behind.

Wichita Falls Thief Leaves Their Hat Behind

One of the teenagers left the scene of the crime without his hat, OK Indiana Jones. Now obviously this person will not be coming back to Stone Oven to claim their hat since they stole the tips. So Stone Oven is auctioning off the hat to the highest bidder. The money raised from the auction will be going to the workers that had their tips stolen that night.

What's the Hat Going for?

From what I see, the highest bid is currently at $150. One user commented that this brand of hat is actually worth around $220. So if anyone wears that size and wants to help out a great cause. You can place a higher bid before Tuesday afternoon to help out.

Also to any Wichita Falls parents who think this hat looks familiar, might want to check in on your kid and see if you're raising a scumbag thief who likes to steal from a local restaurant just a few days after Christmas.
