Why The Fall Cruise Night In 2025 Was Canceled In October

This year’s annual Fall Cruise Night 2025 will not be happening on North 1st Street. Union Pacific is doing major work on both North and South 1st, and safety comes first. WITH ON & OFF cones, traffic diversions, and heavy equipment in play, we don’t want to put anyone at risk. Officially, for safety purposes, there's NO TRADITIONAL CRUISE UP AND DOWN NORTH 1ST FALL 2025, but don’t worry, our Cruise Night Partnerships continue with two huge events planned for you that will keep your engine roaring.

Accurate Air Solutions Car Show in Clyde

The first stop is Clyde City Park on Saturday, October 11, from 8 AM till 3 PM under the shade of those big trees where classic cars shine at their best. The Accurate Air Solutions and the Keepers Car Club Car Show will feature rows of gleaming muscle cars, hot rods, and family favorites. It’s the perfect setting to stroll with friends, swap stories, and relive the glory days of American muscle.

The Big Country Beer Garden Classic Car Show

Later that afternoon, followed by the Big Country Beer Garden classic car show with live music and more. It will all take place at 806 South 2nd street in the middle of the SoDA District .

So while there’s no cruise up and down 1st Street this year, the car community isn’t slowing down. Between the car show in Clyde and the Big Country Beer Garden Classic Car Show, with live music, and more.

This will all take place on Saturday, October 11th and it's powered by: Keepers Car Club of West Texas, Outlaw Automotive, Accurate Air Solutions, and the Big Country Beer Garden. More details coming soon .

Look At All The Pretty Classic Cars

The Polk Street Cruise is a beloved annual event where classic cars of all make and models slink across Downtown Amarillo for a crowd of bystanders to admire. And like many other events across the globe, the Polk Street Cruise skipped 2020 amid Covid-19 restrictions.

But nothing would stop this year's event, not even cloudy skies and rain. Amarillo's renowned Polk Street Cruise was on August, 7, 2021 and had a tremendous turnout. Did we happen to see you there?
